The Louisiana Civil Rights Advocacy Center is located at 3313 Government Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  WTQT-LpFM is owned by the Louisiana Community Development Capital Fund, Inc. a 501(c)3) organization.  WTQT is dedicated to fighting for the civil rights of people with a 24 hour gospel music format.  We need your help to continue spreading the message and supporting our communities.  Your donation will assist in covering day to day operations and funding a legal defense fund.  Thanking you in advance for your contributions.
